• You can delete your account at any time (just scroll down to the end of this page).
• The sole purpose of this website is to provide sports-related apps that require the collection of data related to your workouts to fulfill their intended function, and by registering on this website, you consent with the collection of your workouts related data, according to our privacy policy.
• Our apps are not free and every couple of weeks you will be required to connect them to our website to verify your license.
• We can cancel your account if you act inappropriately.
• You will receive emails related to your account registration process.
• You will receive email notifications when your license period is expiring.
• You will receive email notifications about our product current features, updates and new releases.
• You acknowledge we will provide support only to the latest version of our apps and you are responsible for updating your device with the the newest version of our products.
• You agree that this website, its software and all content found on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We can add or remove features to our products without notice.
• You agree that we are not obligated to modify our product based on your specific requirements, the same way you are not forced to use our product if it is not to your liking.
• You are eligible to a total refund of your payment during the first 30-days of your licensing period ONLY if is the FIRST TIME you are buying our software.
• The recurring payments are not refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription in case you do not want it anymore. You can cancel the subscription clicking on the "manage your subscription" button, that is available at the configuration page of each app, or you can manage your recurring payments directly at the PayPal website.
• If your watch manufacturer updates your device in a way it renders our software unusable, you will not be refunded (unless you are eligible to the previous clause).

2. Use License

1. You are not permitted to download or copy the materials (information or software) on Genius Wrist website. You can download software only if explicitly stated in the software terms of use.
   To access this site you must agree to the following terms:
